A representative will help you to get the claims process started and send you the correct claim form and advise you of any supporting documentation that should be submitted with your claim. The nature of your claim (e.g. trip delay, trip cancellation, baggage delay) will determine what additional information that is needed. Claims can be submitted via US mail, fax, or via email.
